Epiphone G-400 SG Electric Guitar Review :: Electric Guitar Reviews

Description
This edition of the prized 1962 Gibson SG boasts the power and merciless sustain you expect to shake you all night long. The Epiphone G-400 SG electric guitar is a Gibson-authorized version of their great '62 SG with solid mahogany body and slim-tapered mahogany neck. Separate volume and tone controls for each of the high-output humbuckers give you complete control of your sound. The deep double-cutaway lets you reach all 22 frets with ease. Epiphone's G-400 offers a perfect replica of the classic SG body shape: a natural antique finish, mother-of-pearl inlays, gold hardware. Played acoustically, the Epiphone G-400 guitar sound vibrant and resonant, but these attributes are maintained and enhanced by amplification. At its price, you can't deny that the Epiphone G-400 SG electric is a lot of guitar for the money. It's well constructed, it sounds and plays great, and it looks pretty cool. The G-400's warm, balanced tone is very seductive, making it a fine partner for all.
