Gibson Americana Pioneer Cutaway Guitar Review :: Electric Guitars Reviews
the familiar look of legendary acoustic models
Description
Gibson USA’s new Americana Series features the Pioneer, a round-shouldered, cutaway dreadnought, and the Ranger, reminiscent of the
L-00 design. These musical instruments are based on the Chet Atkins SST solidbody acoustic concept and have a new body chambering process for extra
resonance.
The Gibson Guitar Americana Pioneer Cutaway brings the familiar look of legendary acoustic models to Gibson’s family of solidbody acoustic guitars. A cutaway body
adds modern playability, and the piezo bridge pickup delivers honest acoustic sounds that match the Pioneer’s
traditional look.
