a Les Paul for "waking the deads"!

Epiphone announces the introduction of the new Epiphone "Goth" Collection. Epiphone Goth Les Paul Studio Guitar comes with mahogany body and set neck, black chrome hardware and a Satin-Black finish for an absolutely wicked look. Add to that, a Roman numeral "XII" inlay on the 12th fret, a Celtic Cross on the headstock, armed with two '57 Classic Alnico-V exposed-coil humbuckers, and you've got guitars guaranteed to "wake the dead!"
Based upon Gibson's very successful "Gothic" line, the Epiphone Goth Collection features: Epiphone Les Paul Studio, Epiphone G-400, Epiphone Flying-V, and Epiphone Explorer.

a quality jazz box for a doable price.

musical instruments image

The Epiphone Joe Pass Emperor II Guitar has the standard Gibson style layout of two humbucker pickups, two volume, two tone, three-way toggle on the bass side of the upper bout, above the fingerboard, trapeze tailpiece and height-adjustable “ebonized” bridge. This 16” archtop jazz box, hollowbody tone, comes with 20 medium frets, a good compromise between speed and slide capability. The tonal pallette on these musical instruments could be compared to the woodier acoustic vibe of a semihollow guitar. Through the amp, the tone of this electric guitar ranges from a rich mellow from the bridge pu to surprisingly bright from the neck pu. You get the looks, feel and sound without buying into some of the overpriced electric guitars currently on the market. Epiphone Joe Pass Emperor II is quite a head turner, if you want a quality jazz box for a doable price then this is it.

Small and fast—like a sports car!

Fender is proud to reissue the Fender 65 Mustang Classic Guitar. Originally designed as a “student model,” the 65 Mustang Classic Guitar was nonetheless destined for greatness, and has been seen slung over the shoulders of great players such as David Byrne, John Frusciante, Kurt Cobain, Todd Rundgren, Graham Coxon and Adrian Belew, to name but a few.
The Fender 65 Mustang Classic Guitar comes in great vintage colors (Daphne Blue, Olympic White and Dakota Red) with highly period-correct detailing. Features include a poplar body, C-shaped maple neck with 22-fret rosewood fingerboard, four-ply pickguard with classic control plate and pickguard gap, chrome hardware, Fender/Gotoh® vintage-style tuning machines with white buttons, floating bridge with “Dynamic” vibrato tailpiece, two Mustang single-coil pickups with on/off slider switch and in/out phase switch for each pickup, “F”-stamped neck plate and vintage correct headstock and bridge plate logos. A classic revived, and a real beauty at that!
